Why I formed The Lobster Club?
After serving many restaurants in and around Asheville, such as The Grove Park Inn, Biltmore Estate, The Corner Kitchen, The Savoy (now Vinnie's), Vincenzo's, etc.
Some time later my friends urged me to bring in lobsters for a party. Well, they told their friends and so on and The Lobster Club was born.
My design was to bring lobsters to my mountain friends as inexpensively as possible. But most importantly providing the best hard shell Maine lobsters.
I enjoy the interaction with all my members. At pick up time they tell me how they love the lobsters and talk about the best places they had them.
